Junior Project Coordinator

Our BIOptimizers vision of superhuman health is alive and growing exponentially, and so is our BIOfamily team. We need you to help our team launch projects and products efficiently and on time to continue our growth and impact around the world. 

You'll be playing a key and active role in the company mission to inspire more people on their journey to superhuman health, as we scale from over 450,000 happy BIOptimizers customers to over 3 million. 

You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including members from our ‘BIOptimizers’ and ‘Nootopia’ brands. You’ll be responsible for moving projects and launches along timelines to adhere to deadlines, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure priorities and timelines are clear.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of having a good eye for details, excel with task and time management, and have a communicative nature aligning with the styles of many teams and individuals. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for keeping track of multiple projects and launches at the same time, driving tasks and teams to complete their tasks by deadlines, and coordinating between functional departments. 

As a Project Coordinator, you are:

Leading Team Member Candidates:

• The ideal candidate will have some experience doing project coordination in the past. Ideally, about 2 years of experience. Top candidates will have experience launching health products. 
• The Project Coordinator ideal candidate is proficient in a variety of technology tools, including Google Suite including Google Sheets, Google Slides and Gmail Automation / Labels, Slack, and JIRA. They will be responsible for managing projects and communications, and therefore, must be comfortable with the technology necessary to facilitate these tasks.
• The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and detail orientation skills. They will be able to identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome them. They will have the ability to locate small errors in processes and correct them.
• The Project Coordinator must be able to work efficiently independently and collaboratively, and manage many moving projects simultaneously. They must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Top candidates will have some sort of PMP certification. 
• This role is 100% remote / work from home, full time.

Compensation:

The base pay range for this full-time position is $3300 - $4700 monthly. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This role is 100% remote, so reliable internet is a must. The company is US-based; however, it is distributed remotely across the globe.
