Dynatrace Autonomous Cloud Enablement (ACE) Services ensures successful adoption of Dynatrace technologies throughout the software application lifecycle to provide real-time analytics which helps our customers proactively avoid performance issues and to rapidly diagnose and resolve problems should they occur.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior project manager to join our customer-centric and dynamic Services team based in Sydney. This role is responsible for helping to ensure the successful Dynatrace deployment and adoption of Dynatrace customers. You will work directly with our client teams’ Project Managers as well as Dynatrace Services Consultants and Architects, Dynatrace One, Product Management, and Dynatrace sales teams.

The successful candidates will be highly organized with relevant project management experience as well as solid technical competence. The ability to bridge discussions between business and IT team members is critical to this role’s success

Required Experience:

  • Ability to provide customers with clear project management and guidance on implementation and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to help lead a diverse team of technical resources to successful engagements in challenging environments
  • Solid presentation and writing skills and experience with creating professional reports and presentations
  • Project Management experience including planning, issue tracking, risk mitigation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years project management experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of Dynatrace technology, Services offerings, and Enterprise software deployments in discussion with clients
  • Program/Project Management training, experience, and certification
    • Travel & Location:
  • Occasional travel to client location is anticipated in this role 50% travel should be expected
