We are currently seeking a junior project Manager to support our client in the Brooklyn Supreme Court project at the NYC Department of Design and Construction. Responsibilities • Assist in overseeing construction activities performed within the Brooklyn Supreme Court project at the NYC Department of Design and Construction. • Support the maintenance and operation of the project management information system (PMIS) to ensure accurate tracking of timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Help establish project schedules and cost forecasts to support effective planning and control. • Coordinate daily project-related communication between client agencies, contractors, and internal departments. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards. • Provide administrative and logistical support to senior project managers, including document control and reporting.Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or Public Administration. • OR • A Master’s degree in Architecture • OSHA 10 certification is required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasksBenefits provided but not limited to the following: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k with 4% match • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO & Sick Time • Company Holidays • A great company culture that genuinely cares! • Autonomy in your role Sounds like you?
