Junior R&D Testing Engineer (internship)

Job Description Summary

Junior R&D Testing Engineer intership 6 months for students or fresh graduted engineer.

As Junior R&D Testing Engineer, you will be part of an accredited HV lab and you will involved in the preparation and execution of type tests, issue of type test reports, issue of of technical dossier. You will coordinate with R&D engineers and support in the product sizing and development, supporting them in the new homologations according to internal standards and customer technical specifications. In addition you will support R&D digital leaders in the validations and development of new digital solutions.

You will coordinate with R&D engineers and support in the product sizing and development, supporting them in the new homologations according to internal standards and customer technical specifications. In addition, you will support R&D digital leaders in the validations and development of new digital solutions.

In details you will be involved in:

• Contribution of execution of internal accredited type tests
• EHS: followed safety rules, with focus for LOTO and TSV
• Type tests execution and withessing (mainly in the internal accredited lab but also external worldwide lab if needed)
• Test instructions and test procedure issue
• Support in the resolutions of Non conformity
• Issue of technical document and type test dossier for internal or external use
• Support Digital project leaders in the daily development and validation of digital activities

Qualifications / Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering. (or similar) New graduate or with few years of Experience in the field of testing or engineering or R&D.
• Technical High School Diploma on Electrical Engineering but with some years on experience in the electrical or testing sector.

Desired Characteristics

The candidate shall be passionate about electrical engineering and testing. Motivated with strong ability of collaboration and teamwork.
