Junior Sales Associate Location:Jacksonville, FL (on-site) Job Type:Full-time, W2 employee Salary + Commissions:$65,000 - $76,000 per year About the Role: Mullan Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this on-site, full-time position, you’ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships with local homeowners, acquiring new accounts, and consistently meeting sales targets through clear communication and consultative selling. What You’ll Be Doing: • Proactively connect with new prospects to generate business opportunities • Engage in meaningful conversations using active listening to identify customer needs and explain the benefits of a home security system • Present tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate the value of having a home security system. • Customize service recommendations based on individual customer preferences • Manage your schedule and priorities to consistently meet personal and team sales goals • Accurately complete and submit sales orders What We’re Looking For: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
