Junior Salesforce Specialist

About the role:

• Serve as a key member of our strong internal Salesforce team, driving the business transition to Salesforce as our strategic platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction for our go-to-market solutions.
• Work closely with other parts of IT such as ERP and integration to support a seamless business experience, fostering collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to customize and enhance Salesforce components such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Account Engagement, and Customer and Partner Portals, contributing directly to the success of our go-to-market strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation for success in driving our go-to-market offerings.
• Certification in Salesforce is required, while experience and/or certifications in Platform Developer/App Builder and CPQ are highly valuable.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, showcasing your expertise in leveraging Salesforce to drive business outcomes.
• Experience working as a Salesforce consultant is highly valued, highlighting your ability to provide strategic guidance and deliver impactful solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and proficient in English
• Project management experience with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to implementation is a merit.
