Junior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implementing SEO strategies & action plans (hands-on, cross-team, outsource)
• Auditing client websites & conducting various SEO research
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results to clients and internal teams
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and practices (hence, experiencing rapid growth and development)

• Hands-on experience with SEO either while working at an agency or on the client side
• Experience working with SEO tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, website architecture)
• Overall understanding of marketing mix, user journey, content marketing
• Ability to make decisions based on data
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages, writing and presentation skills
• Proactive approach to solving issues which arise while working on projects
• Well organized, trustworthy and capable of driving change
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex, dynamic environments while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Being a goal-oriented and proactive team player who is self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Gross salary starting at 1850 EUR/month (full-time, other work & contract options possible). Depending on experience and qualifications.
