The Content Writer/Copywriter will be responsible for creating and optimizing content that engages our audience across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on crafting clear, compelling copy for email marketing campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, paid ads, social media, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media platforms, excellent storytelling skills and a talent for turning complex ideas into simple, persuasive messages.

In this role, you will

• Email Marketing & Newsletters: Write engaging email copy that drives open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Lead Magnets: Develop lead-generating content (eBooks, whitepapers, checklists) that aligns with our target audience's needs.
• Landing Pages: Translating & crafting persuasive, conversion-focused copy for landing pages to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• SEO/SEM: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create optimized content that ranks well and drives traffic through search engines.
• Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube): Write posts, captions, and descriptions for social media platforms that align with NFQ’s voice and goals.
• Website Content: Update and refine website copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with SEO best practices.

What will you bring

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role with strong understanding of communication principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and excellent English, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging copy.
• Agile mindset, collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proven track record in managing communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the IT industry is a strong plus.
