Job Description
Our Global Indirect Tax & Trade Compliance Team (ITTC) exist out of 5 sub-teams of which the Center of Excellence for Trade Compliance team plays a central role.
In your role as a Trade Compliance Coordinator, you act together with other co-workers as the first line of support/contact, for day-to-day trade compliance activities to other NXP organizations.
Furthermore, you will support the other ITTC teams (Export Controls, Customs and Supply Chain Security) with recuring activities such as reporting, screening and license management.
Job Responsibility:
- Answering all kind of Trade Compliance related questions from internal and external customers
- Trade Compliance Masterdata management/maintenance in our systems.
- Perform data analyses and other relevant checks.
- Create Reports for governments
- Perform Customer screenings and due diligence checks
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Drafting instructions and procedures
Job Qualification:
- BSc or MSc degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or other relevant field
- Strong interest in Trade Compliance or already some experience in this area.
- English language skills both in writing and oral is key.
- Basic knowledge of SAP(4Hana), analysis tools e.g., power BI is a pre.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook.
