Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers. Position: Key Account Manager

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León

Summary:

• This role focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with key retail partners driving business growth through innovative One to One and One to Many solutions.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure annual sales plan
• Execute regular interactions with Retail Key Accounts to increase sales, build and cultivate strong relationships through:

• • Develop Annual Operating Plans for the Retail Segment and individual Key Account Plans for each account.
  • Execute strategies for Retention, Acquisition, Penetration, and Innovation with major Retail partners.
  • Review and negotiate Fill Rate penalties.
  • Promote product penetration and new product innovation.
  • Retail Key Accounts portal management.
  • Validation of customer's monthly forecast.

• Regularly update sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
• Communicate and update product price increase and assure execution.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and Marketing background.
• Extensive retail sales experience managing accounts such as Soriana, Sam's Club, Costco, HEB, and Walmart.
• Previous work with companies like Zaachila, Ventura Foods, La Pocima, Nestlé, and Unilever.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, reporting, and scorecards. Microsoft Office, Power Point .
• English as second language desirable.
