Summary
The ABM / Key-Account Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact / high-touch marketing strategies to help acquire our largest B2B customers. The primary focus will be on targeting key accounts (NAL) and engaging in a 1:1 or 1:few ABM activities to influence acquisition and revenue growth. The ABM Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to identify high-potential target accounts (NAL) and develop comprehensive ABM plans and campaigns to win their business.
Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and planning:
- Develop and execute effective ABM strategies for identified target accounts, create personalized marketing plans to engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within these accounts.
- Drive large B2B customer acquisition efforts in Country X by implementing targeted marketing campaigns and programs tailored to the needs and preferences of the identified key accounts.
Named Account List (NAL) Development:
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to define the NAL. Considering key criteria such as revenue potential, strategic importance, and market opportunities.
- Map the buying committee within these companies to better understand who to target. Understand key pains & gains of buying committee.
Define High-Touch Marketing Acquisition Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor (personalized) high-touch marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, events, and content marketing, to support key-account acquisition goals.
Content Development:
- Work with the content team to create compelling marketing collateral, case studies, and success stories that resonate with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Sales Alignment:
- Foster strong alignment between marketing and sales teams, ensuring the seamless transfer of leads, sharing of account insights, and coordinating marketing efforts to support the sales cycle.
Market Insights:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
ROI Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, tracking and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing spend and resource allocation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in 1:1 or 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within large B2B companies, preferably in the technology or clean energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring large B2B customers through targeted marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability to optimize marketing efforts and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
- Innovative and proactive mindset, always seeking ways to improve marketing strategies and processes.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle charging infrastructure or clean energy industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, additional European languages are advantageous.
