We are seeking a Key C++ Software Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in optimizing and expanding our ePrescribe solutions.

The ideal candidate will assist in developing and maintaining our core systems and other related functionalities. Any prior knowledge and experience around electronic prescription handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions for ePrescribe and RTPB systems
• Collaborate with team members to integrate new functionalities into existing system architecture
• Optimize existing codebase for better efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Document software changes, system configurations, and operational guidelines
• Implement and maintain medication history data integrations from Surescripts

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++ with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Skills in software development lifecycle and best practices
• Competency to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Understanding of formulary and benefits details related to healthcare prescriptions
• Knowledge of systems like Surescripts, RXNT, or similar

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare domain or industry standards and regulations
• Familiarity with Real-Time Prescription Benefits and Electronic Prior Authorization systems would be a great advantage
