Responsibilities include menu development, cooking, ingredient procurement, and team leadership. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, proficient in various Japanese cooking techniques, including Tempura, grilling, simmering, and frying. • Strong commitment to the quality of ingredients, capable of sourcing and managing fresh, high-quality ingredients. • Effective communication and leadership skills to lead and supervise kitchen staff as part of a team. • Adherence to kitchen hygiene and safety standards to maintain a safe cooking environment. • Ability to work efficiently and handle high-pressure situations. Responsibilities: • Menu development and enhancement, proposing new dishes. • Ingredient procurement, inventory management, and cost control. • Planning and supervision of cooking operations, quality control. • Training and scheduling of kitchen staff. • Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. • Handling guest feedback and concerns.
