We are currently looking for a onsite Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe execution of maintenance services, including the planning and equipment. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your positive and strong leadership to run prestart meetings, allocate daily tasks, and work closely with various stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment, to required cement sites. To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar role and have experience in managing troubleshooting and reporting. You will be responsible for the daily planning and execution of maintenance activities to required timeframes and quality requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Provide Leadership whilst carryout supervision of trades, sub-contractors on shutdowns across sites throughout Asia.
• Conduct planning and scheduling of crew’s workloads to meet shut require ments and timeframes.
• Kiln inspection. CB cooler inspection
• Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe & timely manner in accordance FLS’s and client’s requirements.
• Lead FLS Safety culture by example by conducting pre-start & post shift debriefs, conduct safety leadership tours / field etc.
