Kitchen Manager

To operate the kitchen, the kitchen manager will agree to a lease agreement to operate the kitchen for the lodge from Wednesday night through Saturday night and Sunday morning breakfast. The ideal candidate would be responsible for ordering their own products and be responsible for their own profitability. You might be asked to help do special events for the lodge.
