Kitchen Manager/ CDC

Prometheus Pizza opened an all day cafe/ restaurant! https://www.texasmonthly.com/restaurant/prometheus-pizza-2/ We are looking for kitchen managers experienced in organization, PAR lists, ordering, scheduling, and inventory management. Prospect must be highly motivated and a team player. Compensation packages will match performance. One year experience in similar role necessary. Hiring multiple kitchen managers and/ or one CDC. Candidates are: energetic, self-motivated, organized, team players. Understand a hi/low with food (we serve accessible food executed with excellent ingredients). Serious but with a sense of humor. Sense of pride in pursuit of excellence. Bonus if: culinary degree, experience with handmade pastas, use of freshly milled flours, whole animal butchery, etc. Our ideal candidate is young, has several years in a leadership/ sous chef role, wants to work from kitchen manager to CDC as we grow the restaurant. Hiring part time and full time positions.
