Kitchen Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working professionals dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality. Whether in the kitchen or dining room, our goal is to make our team members feel as good about working here as our guests feel dining here. This is a full time Kitchen Manager position with benefits that requires nights and weekends, averaging 50 hours a week. We are looking for BOH leaders that have strong culinary skills, and are also able to teach and develop their team. Qualifications: • 2 years previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant with high culinary standards. • The advantage goes to candidates with a culinary school diploma or ServSafe certification. • Adhere to food safety standards. • Strong culinary and knife skills. • Be at least 18 years of age. • Must be eligible to work in the United States. • Ability to speak, read and write English.
