Brighton Beach House…

Set on the seafront with views of the pier, Brighton Beach House spans two floors and features Art Deco inspired interiors, a rooftop terrace and a banana shaped pool specially design by artist David Shrigley. The club menu has been specially created for Brighton, with a focus on seafood while the dining room serves Mediterranean inspired dishes. The club also features fitness facilities including free weights, cardio areas, a sauna and steam room.

The Role… 

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY). You will be responsible for supporting staff in the smooth running of a busy kitchen. Primary duties include cleaning the kitchen (pot wash, wipe down of sections/floors and sanitising food prep areas) and organising food and other items in the stockroom. If you are interested in building a career as a chef, this is the perfect place to start!

Brighton Beach House Opening Hours: 

Mon – Thurs – 8am – 11pm

Fri - Sat - 8am - 1am

Sunday – 8am – 1am
