Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee BOH toensure all necessary prep for the day is completed, including chopping, portioning, etc.
• Ensure food is being prepared and passed to FOH in a timely manner during service
• Quality control items for taste, presentation, and adherence to standards
• Assist in tracking inventory levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste by managing stock efficiently
• Assist in training kitchen team members on café recipes, food safety protocols, and efficient kitchen operations
• Comply with local health codes and cleanliness protocols in all kitchen areas
• Delegate tasks to crew and ensure checklists are being completed for opening, closing, down-time, deep-cleaning, etc.
• Communicate effectively with management to align kitchen operations with overall business goals and customer expectations
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years food prep/food service experience
• 1+ years in a leadership/supervisor role
• Must have or obtain a Food Worker Card within 10 days of employment
• Available to work mornings and afternoons (hours of operation 8am-4pm, potential shifts ranging anywhere between 6am to 5pm)

• Compensation: $20 per hour plus tips
• Full-time hours available
