Role Summary

eClerx is hiring for our KYC practice. The role will be supporting our client’s Know Your Client (KYC) initiatives in accordance with AML compliance policies and procedures. The analyst will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of communications between parties. The analyst will ensure all client KYC records are compliant with regulatory and bank standards, and will ensure high quality and timely completion of all client-level due diligence requirements for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis Ensure KYC is performed in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Facilitate calls/meetings with internal compliance and on-boarding teams to address any self- identified issues.
• Coordinate with Clients and Business Relationship Manager to obtain documentation to suffice KYC requirements.
• Facilitate calls/meetings with internal compliance and on-boarding teams to address any self- identified issues.
• Oversee the completion of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and specialized Due Diligence for high-risk customers.
• Manage onboarding and review for key clients.
• Work with management to respond to issues raised by AML/ KYC audits and examinations.
• Understand and confidently communicate the KYC requirements to internal and external stakeholders (with account managers).
• Support and educate clients on KYC initiatives of the bank and general KYC/AML requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

• Previous experience in KYC/AML preferably in an Institutional Banking environment
• Highly analytical person with comprehensive understanding and application of risk-based procedures
• Strong organizational and communications skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver to a high standard under pressure and short deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities. 
• Client relationship skills and experience in communicating with external clients
• Knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Preferred AML / Financial Crime Certification, CAMS, CFE, CFCS or ABA Certification

Salary Range: $75, 000-$135, 000
