What’s the job?

It’s a job that is Dynamic, Fast paced and has the gratification of offering support to our amazing KYC Team and our customers! As a KYC Knowledge Expert you will be part of India Operations & Services.  You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with teammates onsite to maintain our excellent services to our customers across India and with the possibility to cover other geographies in the future.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Provide instant knowledge support to KYC Associates in India.
• Provide 2nd level review and exceptional review for KYC cases where necessary in consultation with MLRO.
• Support Ops Directors/Managers/Team Leads on case investigation and follow up on critical cases E2E as needed.
• Attend regular meetings with Global Knowledge Expert Team for latest updates and bring key information from the region to the Knowledge Team.
• Work closely with Global KYC Trainers on training needs discussion and execution, support within our region and time zone where necessary.
• Identity the gap between localized knowledge and our global standards and propose knowledge update or process flow improvement through collaboration with Regional Business Partners and other stakeholders.
• Observe the knowledge gap of existing KYC Teams in and escalate for refreshment sessions where required.
• Prepare regular reports as needed.

For this role you also need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Management, Compliance or related disciplines, candidates with multi-disciplines a plus
• Knowledgeable in KYC procedures with high integrity, knowledge in India KYC process is an advantage.
• 3+ years working experience in financial/Banking sector & KYC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to work in multi-cultural environment.
• Self-motivated, passionate, solution focused, and customer oriented.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English – Must
• Proficiency in other languages like Hindi is an advantage.
