Líder Técnico en Java con Spring Boot | Technology Lead Java + Spring boot

Location: Exportec (Toluca)/Hybrid 3 days per week / Possibility of working in CDMX (Tecnoparque, Torre), with at least 1 of work in Toluca

Job Description:

As a Technology Lead in Java, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex enterprise applications. You will work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure the applications are secure, performant, and scalable.

Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containers
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Experience in software testing (UIT, SIT, UAT, Performance, Security)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with configuration servers for microservices
• Knowledge of AWS
• Experience with Kong API Gateway
• Knowledge of API/Microservices development standards (Hydrogen, Carbon)
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Identify, analyze, and resolve application vulnerabilities.
Optimize application performance and user experience.
Implement and improve monitoring and alerting systems.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure application availability and performance.
Guide juniors in the team in technology aspects to ensure timely delivery.
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
Participate in software testing activities (UIT, SIT, UAT, Performance, Security).
