What You'll Be Doing • Lead and coordinate labor crews on heavy highway construction projects • Oversee worksite safety, compliance, and productivity • Interpret project plans and execute daily work schedules • Operate and direct the use of hand tools and light equipment as needed • Collaborate with supervisors and trades to ensure project goals are met What Are We Looking For • Strong leadership and communication skills on active job sites • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively • Sound understanding of construction plans, tools, and materials • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer • $41.40 per hour • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
