We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our installation team in various roles. Available Positions: • Rookie Installer • Junior Installer • Senior Installer • Lead Installer 1. Rookie Installer • Reports to:Lead Installer • Rate:$20 per hour Roles: • Focus on learning the basics and understanding FOR Energy standards. • Assist team members and complete tasks as directed. Rookie Installer Responsibilities: • Perform cleanup, duct sealing, attic sealing, register seals, hopper feeding, and miscellaneous help. • Insulate attic hatches strap flex lines and knee walls. 2. Junior Installer • Reports to:Lead Installer • Rate:$21 per hour Roles: • Serve as the primary workhorse of the team. • Ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Junior Installer Responsibilities: • Master duties of Rookie Technicians. • Install new supply and return lines, duct replacement, T-Bar replacement, and build/install plenums. 3. Senior Installer • Reports to:Lead Installer • Rate:$22 per hour Roles: • Act as the VP of the crew and fill in for the Lead Installer when necessary. • Oversee and assist other team members. • Master duties of Junior and Rookie-level technicians. Senior Installer Responsibilities: • Conduct blower door tests and complete related reports. • Install plenums, blow insulation, and build attic dams. • Step in as Lead Installer when needed. • Handle re-works independently if required. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. 4. Lead Installer • Reports to:Install Manager • Rate:$25 per hour Roles: • Lead, mentor, and coach the installation team. • Ensure work is completed to FOR Energy standards and on time. Lead Installer Responsibilities: • Manage team performance, customer service, and job completion. • Conduct pre and post-job walkthroughs with customers. • Document job conditions, ensure proper time clock use, and maintain clean work environments. • Handle documentation and payment collection. Promotion and Pay Increase: • Eligible for a rate increase annually after 1 year in position and good standing. • Pay increases are evaluated at the end of the calendar year. Monthly Bonus: • Based on the team’s total collected revenue: • $200,000: $500 (Lead), $350 (Installer) • $250,000: $550 (Lead), $400 (Installer) • $300,000+: $600 (Lead), $450 (Installer) • Rework costs may affect bonus eligibility. Requirements: • Must meet company driving requirements. • Maintain excellent attendance with no more than three 5-minute tardies per month. • Avoid damages, and ensure complete and accurate work orders. Additional Information for All Positions: • Attendance:Must not miss any scheduled workdays. • Rework Costs:Any rework costs exceeding bonus eligibility will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
