Laborer

Wharton-Smith, Inc. currently has immediate openings in the Jacksonville, FL area for laborer positions. We offer a competitive salary and field benefits. Successful Candidates must have: No minimum education required. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Must have general commercial construction experience. Ability to understand and follow directions. Must have transportation. Must have knowledge of the language (vocabulary) used in the construction trade. Must have understanding of instruction, both oral and written. Ability to work outdoors in direct sunlight and heat for 8+ hours. Job Description:Works on construction projects, usually working in utility capacity, by transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision.
