Laborist | Santa Barbara, CA | 24 Hr Shifts | Low Volume | $400-450K Income

A thriving community hospital located on the Southern California Coast are seeking an OB Laborist to cover unassigned deliveries and take ER call in a hospital that averages about 1-2 deliveries per 24-hour shift.

There is also an option for a Medical Director role to oversee quality, scheduling, and work closely with leadership.

The Position:
• Large, Community Hospital averages 2,000 deliveries per year and has a Level III, 22-bed NICU, state-of-the-art birth center, and 2 da Vinci Robots
• Work an average of 7, 24-hour shifts per month
• Low-volume: 1-2 deliveries per 24-hour shift
• Option for Medical Director role that is 0.8 clinical and 0.2 admin
• Compensation package includes an hourly rate between $180-200 with total income into the $395-450K range
• Temporary Housing Stipends up to 6 months, up to $500K in down payment assistance, Sign-on/Relocation up to $45K, Full Benefits. and more
