OUR LADIES' LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT WILL:
• Maintain an appealing social space for female members to bond, dine, and engage in various activities
• Warmly greet and assist members, learn to anticipate their needs, and provide professional customer service
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to clean and sanitize all locker room areas, including showers, vanity areas, and lounge spaces
• Stock and organize inventory (towels, toiletries, and other amenities)
• Provide attentive beverage and food service by taking orders, entering them into the POS system, delivering them to members, maintaining the refreshment station, and mixing basic cocktails
• Manage game table reservations and prepare activity spaces beforehand
• Promptly report maintenance issues and safety concerns
In this hospitality role, you'll work between the following times:
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Friday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (with potential to leave at 4:00) or Sunday from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm (you'll alternate Saturdays/Sundays from week to week)
There is some start- and end-time flexibility.
OUR LADIES' LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT NEEDS:
• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification
• Texas food handler's permit
• Hospitality experience, preferably in luxury environments (private clubs, hotels, spas, etc.)
• Beverage and food service experience
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Ability to lift 25 lbs., balance food service trays, perform light cleaning, and stand and walk for extended periods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to cleanliness
• Professional, respectful, and discrete mindset
Bartending experience or cocktail mixing knowledge would be preferred.
