Landscape Construction Crew Leader Elements Lawn and Landscape have an immediate opening for FULL TIME Landscape Enhancement / Construction Crew Leader in Austin, TX 78737. We are looking for a hard working individual to grow with us! Our ideal candidates are committed individuals who are willing to work during all seasons, are dependable, and looking for a career in the landscape industry. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20-$25 depending on experience and skillset. A valid Driver's License with clean driving record and relevant experience isrequiredfor this position, (candidates with strong Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader experiencewithouta DL could be considered), please see below for more information. Some job requirements include: • Must be familiar with and able to operate dump truck, truck with trailer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas powered shears, etc. • Turf installation experience • You will oversee an Enhancement Crew. • Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques • Knowledge and experience of equipment such as mowers, blowers, landscaping equipment and plant care knowledge. • Knowledge of enhancement installation, seasonal color, plant materials, etc. • Ability to work outdoors in any environment, walk for long periods of time, and lift objects of 50-80 lbs on a regular basis. • Reliable transportation to work daily. Qualifications: • Landscape Enhancement / Construction / Installation experience (Required) • 3+ years of Foreman/ Crew Leader experience (Required) • Valid Driver's License (Prefered) • Must have some or vast experience with irrigation systems (Required)
