JOB SUMMARY: Our Landscape Laborers work in crews to provide superior lawn care to our clients. Responsible for operating safely and delivering quality service. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Safely operate powered lawn care tools/equipment • Trim, cut, and edge lawns and turf • Plant and prune shrubs, bushes, and flowers • Apply mulch, fertilizer, and water as needed • Must be 18+ years old • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with possible weekend availability • Ability to conduct business and effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times • Construction experience a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Extended periods of walking outside for duration of shift • Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, grabbing • Lifting/carrying up to 50+ lbs.
