Landscape Maintenance Crew / Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have landscape experience in the maintenance field. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, plant care and overall property maintenance. This position will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for residential and commercial properties. Duties • Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing. • Install plants and mulch • Prune and trim plants as needed • Blow and clean properties • Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, mulching, and watering • Operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while ensuring high-quality standards. Requirements • Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating landscaping machinery, but not necessary • Experience in lawn care practices is a plus. • Experience with landscape construction is a plus • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions • A valid driver's license or govt ID is a bonus, but not necessary • Bilingual is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
