Law Firm Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for someone who: • Is organized, energetic, and an excellent communicator • Understands how to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion • Has hands-on experience with social media management and video editing tools • Is eager to learn and grow in the marketing space • Feels confident behind the scenes and on camera • Can manage projects independently with a self-starter mindset • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Compensation- $20+/hour DOE, plus strong bonus potentialCompensation: $20+ hourly depending on experience with strong bonus potentialResponsibilities: • Create and manage engaging content across social platforms • Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos and graphics • Track performance and assist in refining strategies based on analytics • Monitor and interact with our online audience • Research trends and help implement new marketing initiatives • Assist with internal and external event planning and execution • Contribute to brand-building campaigns and creative projects • Perform various administrative tasks to support our teamQualifications: • High school diploma required; degree or college coursework in marketing or a related field preferred • Previous experience creating content for social media and using digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.) • Strong understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices • Video editing experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once • Experience working in a professional environment is preferred • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlinesAbout Company We’re a fast-growing, award-winning personal injury law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, with a mission to deliver the highest level of legal service to people going through some of the hardest moments in their lives.
