Law Firm Marketing Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our law firm on a full-time, in-office basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in content creation, video production, and social media marketing, especially within the legal industry or other professional services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience filming and editing promotional videos, writing compelling articles for WeChat and other platforms, and managing social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, film, and edit promotional videos (e.g., firm introductions, attorney features, client stories, office events) • Write and publish engaging articles for WeChat, blog posts, newsletters, and other communication channels • Manage and grow the firm’s presence across platforms like WeChat, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc. • Design social media graphics and visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools • Support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and firm events (online and offline) • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify promotional opportunities and develop marketing content • Track key performance metrics and prepare regular marketing reports • Coordinate with external vendors and creatives when needed Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with hands-on content creation responsibilities • Experience in a law firm is strongly preferred • Proficient in video production and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) • Strong writing and storytelling skills in both English and Chinese • Familiarity with social media strategies and platform management • Skilled in visual design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required Compensation Annual Salary range: $65,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
