Summary As a Lead Teacher at Beginnings and Beyond, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our preschool children. Located in the United States, this position is essential for implementing our curriculum and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment that supports each child's development. Responsibilities • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development. • Lead classroom activities that engage children and foster their love for learning. • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff in daily operations. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs. • Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies. • Create a safe, inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. • Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is essential. • Strong understanding of childhood development principles. • Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff. • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
