Job Description

Finance is the recipient transaction.

As a Lead Accounting manager, your mission is to maintain accurate financial records and manage directly or indirectly finance streams to ensure compliance with financial regulations. You provide reliable financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis 

What you will do:

• Strong Accounting Management: Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments, and collections.
• Skills management and strong relationship
• Influence management
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyse balance sheets on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform and justify the transactions
• Audit Management: Prepare necessary documents and respond to questions from internal and external auditors.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial and accounting regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

• 5-6 years experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead accountant or in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and office tools (Excel, SAGE,, etc.).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
