Position Highlights

• Schedule: 7-on/7-off daytime shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)
• No procedures or ventilator management required
• Leadership Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between the hospitalist team and administration             
• Model strong self-leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and empathy
• Foster effective communication across interdisciplinary teams
• Drive engagement in hospitalist goals and performance metrics
• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible (if Board Eligible, must be within 2 years of completing residency)
