We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer AI/ML to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A solid understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise:
  
  
  • Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions
  • Experience with deploying AI/ML models in production environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for performance and scalability
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
  • Own technology decisions and solutions for business problems
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques and tools, and identify opportunities to apply them to enhance existing solutions
• Project Delivery:
  
  
  • Work on the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including data preparation, model development, tuning, and deployment
  • Manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor quality of project and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  
  
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights
  • Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior management
• Innovation and Research:
  
  
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML
• Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, and SQL
• Solid background in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
• Proven ability to possess robust data engineering skills in EDA, building and maintaining AI/ML data pipelines
• Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degrees, Diploma or Certifications in the field of AI/ML
• Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI
