We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with a strong background in MLOps and AI to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our AI/ML development lifecycle, from data pipelines and model training to deployment and monitoring. You will work closely with our data scientists and AI engineers to ensure that our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. You will also have hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks, and a passion for automating everything. Estimated salary range for this position is $142599.25 - $185379.03 / year depending on experience.Qualifications: Degrees: • Masters. Additional Qualifications: • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform is a must. You should be comfortable writing, maintaining, and debugging Terraform code for complex cloud environments. • CI/CD: Extensive experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI. You should be able to design, build, and manage complex CI/CD pipelines for both application and infrastructure deployments. • Cloud Computing (AWS & GCP): Deep knowledge of AWS and GCP services. For AWS, this includes EKS, SageMaker, S3, IAM, and EC2. For GCP, this includes GKE, Vertex AI, and Cloud Storage. You should be able to design and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on both platforms. • Containerization and Orchestration: Strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. You should be able to build and manage containerized applications and have a deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts. • MLOps: Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks. You should be familiar with the entire ML lifecycle, from data preparation and model training to deployment and monitoring. • Automated ML Platforms: Knowledge of DataRobot is a significant plus. • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is essential. Experience with Flask is a plus. • Data Pipelines: Experience with Airflow for building and managing data pipelines. • Databases: Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Snowflake. • Monitoring and Observability: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack. • Security: A strong understanding of security best practices for cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
