The Crown Is Yours
As a Lead Analyst on the VIP Analytics team, you will equip our VIP Acquisition team with data and insights to help them allocate their time to the highest-value opportunities and hold meaningful conversations with our customers. You will help VIP leadership monitor reinvestment spend, understand the value of reinvestment initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll play a critical role in enabling executive leadership to measure the overall impact of our VIP treatment strategy and feel confident that we're investing effectively.
What you'll do as a Lead Analyst, VIP

• Build out test and learn agendas for VIP treatment across customer interactions to influence reinvestment strategy and decision-making for the VIP team.
• Define measurable goals and create dashboards to monitor the performance of key customer success metrics.
• Partner with operators to define business problems and identify and help design analytically rigorous solutions.
• Identify opportunities for training and process improvements across Analytics practices and proactively seek to further analytical rigor, skillset, and impact.
• Communicate key monthly results to leadership stakeholders.
• Spearhead goal-setting process for annual operating plan and tentpole events (e.g., start of NFL season).
• Work cross-functionally across other parts of the VIP organization including our Marketing teams and those dedicated to our Sportsbook, Casino, and Fantasy products.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 6 years of business analytics or data science experience.
• Ability to turn complicated problems into simple frameworks and present complex data views to cross-functional audiences.
• Expertise in SQL/Snowflake and Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing and other analytical testing methods.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing is required. Model-building experience is a plus.
• Experience overseeing a team of junior analysts and being responsible for managing, mentoring, and helping to grow their careers is a plus.
• Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,560.00 - $168,840.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
