Role Overview
Kantar Analytics has experienced rapid growth by expanding our offer to be data agnostic, demonstrating survey, sales, media, customer, and unstructured data sources, and consulting directly with clients about how to get the most out of their data and the tools and models we develop on their behalf.
Your main focus will be on understanding and promoting Kantar Analytics solutions to both existing and new clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and shape the future of analytics in Japan.
Role Description
ăExternal : 70%ă
- Guide/Lead the Analytics Practice in Kantar Japan. Articulate an excellent understanding of each Analytics product and solution at Kantar, and how the data can be used to improve performance/grow clientsâ business, thus design/create and deliver outstanding client presentations that inspire confidence and credibility of Kantar Analytics solution
- Liaise with clients to ensure proper briefing and de-briefing of studies involving Analytics methods
- Partner with client teams and the Commercial Director to support strategic plans for key accounts
- - Act as an external analytic advocate, working with extended client teams to understand, leverage, and spread the use of Analytics throughout clientsâ organizations

- This is stand-alone role without team members
- Share the updates of analytics solutions, and train and supervise CS team members in Kantar Japan as they can work with analytics solutions
- Act as an internal analytics champion, collaborating with internal Kantar Analytics partners and the team to coordinate efforts for clients

Role requirements
ăMustă
- A degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, statistics, marketing
- 10+ years of proven, successful, direct client consulting experience, and experience delivering analytics projects with a recent or previous background in emerging analytics capabilities in price, portfolio, and/or innovation
- Experience presenting analytic solutions across various industries
- Actively gain, maintain and grow clientsâ trust/credibility by applying excellent presentation experience and ability to command a presence in the room with decision-makers in clientâs organization
- Fluent both in Japanese and in English
