Job Description:  

Help build, manage, and grow Business Intelligence centre of excellence having deep understanding of Business Intelligence landscape, hands-on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc., data modelling and engineering. Work closely with different internal stakeholders to drive vision and the team independently. 

Responsibilities: 

• Help create and a build a business intelligence practice. 

• Assess business intelligence landscape, create a roadmap and execute the same. 

• Keep a tab on what is new in the market, create POCs, and POVs to be presented to the client. 

• Hands on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc. 

• Create solution architecture, proposals, RFPs, and present the same to the client. 

• Perform data analysis, build efficient data and semantic models, derive conclusions, recommendations, and business impact role. 

• Develop training plans, skill upgrades, best practices, standards, and templates. 

• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability. 

Technical Requirements: 

• Must have: 

• 10+ Years of experience in Business Intelligence space. 

• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc. 

• Led a team of 10+ people. 

• Exposure to Azure/ AWS/ GCP 

• Good to have: 

• End to end project management on BI development 

• Client and stakeholder management 

• Presentation skills 

• Effective communication
