Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the assembly team to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing processes.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Determine and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on standard methodologies and new technologies.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise to prevent production delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all assembled products meet the highest quality standards before distribution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Diligent, with a dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
  • Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Technical proficiency with assembly tools and machinery.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
