Role

• As our lead back end, your primary goal will be to drive the technical execution of our app while leading a high-performing backend in Ruby and data team.
• You will achieve your goals by ensuring excellent tech execution aligning with business objectives.
• Your success will lie in balancing speed & quality.

• Deliver at scale: Execute the product roadmap efficiently, ensuring quality, speed, and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Tech Leadership: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Leader, preferably in Consumer Tech or AdTech, with a minimum of 5 years
• Pragmatic: Ability to make strategic, pragmatic decisions at critical moments to ensure the company’s technological needs are met efficiently
• Back end: Strong experience in Ruby, System & software architectures. 
• Infra : An experience in Infra / DevOps is a plus
