Job Description
The lead candle design coordinator specializes in conceptualizing and planning beautiful candle arrangements and placements for corporate events and weddings. This role focuses on creating visually stunning and cohesive candle displays that enhance the overall ambiance and aesthetic of special gatherings. The coordinator oversees the design concept, communicates with clients and vendors, and leads a team to execute captivating candle setups.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow the business through active engagement on social media platforms and by conducting in-person meetings with event planners and vendor locations.
- Answer inquiries and requests for candle proposals, providing tailored suggestions to clients and event planners.
- Create detailed candle proposals, mood boards, and invoices that align with client visions and event themes.
- Respond to questions from clients and event planners, offering professional guidance and updates throughout the planning process.
- Develop comprehensive event schedules, including load-in and load-out times, based on the event timeline to ensure smooth setup and teardown.
- Prepare event packets containing setup instructions, load lists, maps, and other logistical information for event staff and clients.
- Create and maintain visual layouts for candle arrangements, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage inventory, ensuring all necessary candles and dΓ©cor are stocked, organized, and ready for each event.
- Oversee cleaning and safety protocols for candles and dΓ©cor to maintain quality and presentation standards.
- Manage all marketing efforts related to candle services, including promotional content and social media posts.
- Perform the duties of the candle designer and support staff as needed to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the setup and teardown of candle arrangements during events, ensuring timely execution and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team and vendors to ensure all logistical details are aligned with the event timeline and client specifications.
- Work closely with the franchise owner to manage client and vendor expectations, meet project and revenue goals.
