Lead Carpenter

Job Summary Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and experienced Exterior Carpenter to perform a wide range of tasks, including stucco application and repair, concrete work, wood framing, exterior trim installation, deck building and repairs, and various coating applications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in multiple trades, takes pride in their work, and values working as part of a professional and safety-conscious team. Key Responsibilities: • Perform stucco installation and repairs on exterior walls and surfaces • Complete concrete forming, pouring, and finishing • Construct and repair wood framing for exterior structures • Install and repair exterior trim, siding, and fascia • Build, repair, and refinish decks, including surface prep and coatings • Apply protective coatings and waterproofing systems as needed • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively • Ensure all work meets or exceeds building codes and safety standards • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in exterior carpentry or related construction trades • Proficiency in stucco, concrete, framing, trim, and deck work • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/scaffolding • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks • OSHA certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 - $34.93 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Work Location: In person
