Lead Carpenter

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing team. --- Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and bi-lingual Lead Journeyman Carpenter with a minimum of 12 years of verifiable experience in high-end residential work. You must be confident in taking jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on role that requires expert-level skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example on active job sites. --- What We’re Looking For: 1. Minimum 12 years of verifiable carpentry experience in high-end residential remodeling and renovations 2. Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish strongly preferred) 3. Must have your own hand tools and be ready to work 4. Experience with framing, finish carpentry, doors, windows, molding, cabinetry, flooring, and trim installation 5. Must be able to professionally tile bathrooms and floors — including layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and leveling 6. Experience with plumbing and/or electrical is a major plus — please clearly mention this in your response as it will greatly increase your chances of being hired 7. Must be able to read and follow detailed plans, blueprints, and scopes of work 8. Must maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites 9. Ability to manage helpers and laborers if needed 10. Must be punctual, professional, and trustworthy --- Important Notes: ● This is not a "fake it ‘til you make it" position.
