What We’re Looking For · A licensed carpenter in California (preferred) — but we are open to working with someone without a license if they can prove their skill and reliability at the highest standards. · Minimum of 5 years of carpentry or construction experience (outdoor remodeling preferred). · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. · Ownership of professional tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. · Willingness to grow beyond the field — into supervision, management, and eventually partnership. Responsibilities · Lead field operations on outdoor remodeling and construction projects. · Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. · Manage crews and subcontractors with discipline and integrity. · Train, mentor, and build up team members. · Maintain strict safety standards in line with California regulations. Compensation & Growth - $22–39 per hour DOE (part-time to start, with growth to full-time). - Additional training, mentorship, and leadership development provided. - Clear path from employee → supervisor → manager → executive → partner/owner.
