Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and carpentry disciplines, demonstrating leadership capabilities and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role requires hands-on experience in construction site operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in restoration and remodeling projects.
Duties
• Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Lead a team of skilled workers in various tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.
• Manage concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation as needed for structural integrity.
• Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration services with precision.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site while promoting a culture of safety among team members.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in carpentry techniques, construction practices, and equipment usage.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong emphasis on carpentry skills including woodworking, caulking, stucco application, and roofing.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project management principles.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required on job sites.
• Experience with CNC machinery and assembly processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, tile laying, and flooring installation is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. Join us as we build excellence together!

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
