Department Overview

Commercial Operations within WFIP supports the Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses across number of key operational activities covering the entire client life cycle. The function sits under the Commercial Operations business vertical within Wells Fargo Indian & Philippines and undertakes variety of operation - Lending operations, Trade Finance operations, Treasury Management and Payment solutions, International payments and Financial Crime Ops. The operations covers all stages of client lifecycle including onboarding, account set up, client servicing and providing active support on daily client transactions. These operations support all Commercial Banking business and some processes go beyond commercial banking and provide support across the board to other lines of business as well. Trade Finance Operations is part of the international operations within the Commercial Banking operations and supports the WF Trade Finance business and client's transactions on a real time basis across multiple geographies.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator (S4). Role is responsible for credit portfolio management to meet the long-term financial objectives and risk tolerance for commercial banking clients. Serves as a key member of a client's deal team.

In this role, you will:

• Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group administrative operations
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management
• Review credit information of loans for companies and industries
• Respond to customer inquiries, generate status reports for management or bankers and contact available sources of information
• Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
• Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team
• Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management on wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Commercial Banking Portfolio Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course (Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce and the like)
• MBA/CFA/CPA Preferred
• 2-5 years experience in Financial/Credit Analysis for Commercial Accounts
  Familiarity with US GAAP and US Financial Statements (10K, 10Q)
• High attention to details
• Experience working in a Shared Service environment or Financial Institution

• Full time work on site and will follow day shift Manila time
• Flexibility in adjusting work schedule when required
• Required to work on site at 5NEO, BGC, Taguig
