Lead Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Foreman / Installer Midway Mechanical Services | Travel Role We’re hiring an experiencedCommercial HVAC Refrigeration Foreman/Installerto lead crews and overseenew construction, retrofits, and system changeoutson supermarket refrigeration projects across the mid-west. If you know rack systems, walk-ins, and startups—and have experience with EMS controls (CPC, Novar, Danfoss, etc.)—we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do • Lead refrigeration install projects fromdemo to startup • Supervise crews and coordinate with other trades • Install, pipe, braze, charge, andcommission refrigeration systems • OverseeEMS wiring, programming, and upgrades(preferred) • Run smaller projects likecase swaps, condenser changeouts, gas conversions • Mentor junior techs and ensure safety/quality on every job What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of commercial refrigeration install/startup experience • Foreman or Lead experiencemanaging installation crews • Experience withsupermarket racks, walk-ins, cases, and EMS systems • EPA certification preferred • Willingness to travel throughout the mid-west and work overtime as needed • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Pay & Benefits • $50–$65/hr + overtime + weekly pay • per diem + lodging & travel covered • We've got room for your entire installation team to make the move with you • Full benefits(medical, dental, vision, life, disability) • 401(k) match up to 4% • PTO up to 20 days/year + paid holidays • Year-round stability,no seasonal layoffs Ready to take the lead?
