Based in Mount Pleasant, TX, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader ready to manage installs, direct junior techs, and own system performance on complex supermarket refrigeration systems. Top-Tier Compensation & Perks • $36.00–$44.00/hr starting wage + weekly pay + overtime • $40/day per diem– all lodging and transportation paid by the company • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, short & long-term disability • 401(k)with industry-leading 4% match when you contribute 6% • PTO: Up to 20 days per year based on experience + paid holidays • Year-round stability– no seasonal layoffs or downtime What You’ll Do • Leadstart-up, commissioning, and troubleshootingof commercial refrigeration systems (racks, cases, walk-ins, chillers) • Superviseparallel rack evacuationsand ensure pressure tests are complete • EMS wiring & programming(CPC, Novar, Danfoss, etc.) • Overseeretro-commissioningand EMS upgrades for utility programs • Runsmall projectslike case swaps, condenser changeouts, and gas conversions • Mentor and guide junior techs and installers • Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and on-time performance What You Bring • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC refrigeration start-up, EMS troubleshooting and installation • Foreman or lead tech experience managing installation crews • 3+ years of experience with supermarketEMS systems; strong programming and wiring knowledge preferred • Experience withCO2 and glycolrefrigeration systems • Ability toread blueprints(refrigeration, electrical, plumbing) • EPA CertificationandTDLRpreferred • Willingness to traveland work overtime as needed • Avalid driver’s licenseand strong organizational skills Why Wood Air?
